Colin and Reigan

A little about the couple:

Reighan hails from the bushy and beautiful suburb of Research, with one bus stop and Kangaroos a plenty. On the other hand, Colin grew up on the streets of Glenroy, hustling and surviving, rap battling until he finally got discovered by Dr Dre, ok that last part could be from 8 Mile - but none the less, they were from different parts of the world. Reighan called Colin a “ladies man”, but then wondered how this could be when watching him chew without breathing during their lunch break together, there were some mysteries, sure.

But this didn’t stop their relationship from growing and growing, to at which point both of them had a joint epiphany. Could the person we are looking for actually be standing right in front of us? The short answer, yes.

A little about their big day:

Colin and Reigan chose the very popular Riverstone Estate as their Yarra Valley wedding venue. I have been lucky enough to be a regular as a celebrant at Riverstone over the past few years, and even though I have been at this venue countless times there is one thing that gets me every time… That view. It is amazing, fog, sunshine, whatever the conditions, this view is guaranteed to be a show stopper at any wedding. As far as Yarra Valley wedding venues go, its one of the best views kicking around.

Their day was a raging success, and with the A-team they put together, they really made it their own, with really nice touches like couches on the lawn for the signing of their legal documents and getting the great Rick Liston aka Mr Yarra Valley to be the photographer for their wedding. All in all, a tremendous day and I had so much fun being a part of it all!!
